I was not impressed that funds were taken out of my account when I and my husband had not fully read the information sent out. I did not authorise this and was not happy about it. When you are only enquiring, why do you ask for the potential customer's bank account details when they may or may not agree to take up a policy.

This helped a great deal and shortened the time which was appreciated. Bradley was very knowledgeable of his product and it was a pleasure to do business with him.
