Anyone aged 18 up to and including 84 years of age. All benefits are halved when you turn 85, but your policy is renewable until you turn 96.

Yes, these are documented in Section 8 of the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS).
You will be billed during the interim cover period because ACE always bill in advance and from there you will be billed around the 28th of every month. (if annual - you will be billed around the 28th of the month this time next year).
Pre-existing medical conditions are excluded under the policy however you will still have access to all other applicable cover in line with the terms and conditions.
